At HensGo, we offer both home delivery and store pickup options to make your shopping experience simple, quick, and convenient.

Home Delivery

Get your favorite fresh chicken and meat products delivered right to your doorstep.

Delivery Timings:

• We are delivering on the same day so the timing will be 8:00AM – 8:00PM
• On Sunday, the delivery time will be 7:00 AM to 8:00PM.
• Delivery available 7 days a week

Delivery Areas:

• We currently deliver to selected areas in the city.
• You can check delivery availability by entering your pincode or area on the product or checkout page.

Delivery Charges:

• Free delivery on orders above ₹350.
• Orders below ₹350 will have a minimal delivery fee (₹30)
• For Store Pickup orders delivery fee is not applicable

Store Pickup

• Prefer picking up your order yourself? Choose Store Pickup at checkout and collect your order from one of our partner butcher stores.

Pickup Details:

• Available pickup time slots: 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM
• You’ll receive a confirmation when your order is ready for pickup.
• Please show your order confirmation message or order ID at the store while collecting.

Store Locations:

• Currently we are partnered with one vendor
  • [Store 1 – Asker Chickens, Chinnasamy School opp, Kongu main road, Tirupur]
• More stores will be available soon as we expand our network!

Change of Delivery/Pickup Option

• You can choose your preferred method (Delivery or Pickup) during checkout. If you wish to change it after placing an order, please contact our support team immediately.
